Mobile App—2022
PROBLEM
Our website wasn’t optimized for mobile traffic and we had significant fallout from ticket creation to shipment due to ineffective email reminders.

Audited the mobile website for MVP feature prioritization and facilitated design studio workshops for rapid brainstorming and critiques.

My career began as the first design hire at Vaan Group, where I led design for 20+ Shopify store launches while helping grow the startup agency into official Shopify Plus partners.
I transitioned to Stadium Goods initially as a consultant, partnering with a single in-house designer to establish their design systems and user research practices. I eventually joined full-time to lead design for the consignor platform and internal tools.
I bring both strategic vision and tactical execution to complex product challenges, working closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to transform user insights into high-impact digital experiences.
